Responsibility and information collected
东莞市弘禾伟模具有限公司 (Honghewei) is responsible for customer information, with Yonglijia serving as the overseas business and customer-service window. This notice covers this website’s inquiry and quotation forms, including the name, company, email, phone, country or region, project requirements and files you provide. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; other details are optional.
Purpose and team handling
Information is used to respond to inquiries, follow up on projects and coordinate technical review. Yupeng Duan receives and saves inquiries, then passes them to the Honghewei team in China for processing and archiving. We will ask separately before using the information for marketing. Provide only relevant information you are authorized to share. If an NDA is needed, email us before uploading drawings.
Website services, email and files
The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Resend to send form details to the inquiry mailbox. Files are held in private Vercel Blob storage; notification emails contain file names, sizes and signed download links. Anyone holding a valid link can download the corresponding file, so take care when forwarding it. Files upload before the inquiry is sent; a later submission failure does not mean the uploaded file has been deleted. Domestic team archives and cloud service storage are handled separately.
Download expiry and retention
Attachment download links are valid for seven days. Link expiry does not automatically delete stored files, email records, downloaded copies or domestic archives. There is currently no uniform retention period for customer information. To ask about or request deletion of your information, use the email below so we can coordinate a review of the relevant records and copies. The website does not currently offer self-service deletion.
Abuse prevention and technical information
The website uses Vercel BotID to verify requests and limits repeated submissions from the same IP address. Rate limiting stores a keyed identifier derived from the IP address and the next permitted submission time in private storage. These rate-limit records do not directly store the raw IP address and currently have no automatic cleanup schedule. Website service providers also process technical information needed to provide and secure their services.
Privacy questions and requests
Yupeng Duan receives privacy requests and coordinates with the team in China. Email us to ask about your information or request correction, deletion or an end to further contact. Identify the relevant inquiry; sensitive drawings or identity documents are not needed in an initial request.
